Is the estimate really free?
Yes — the inspection, the photos, and the written estimate cost you nothing, and there's no obligation attached. We'd rather have an honest look at your house and lose the job than pressure you into work you don't need.
How fast can you get here if I have an active leak?
Call the office rather than using the form. We tarp active leaks within 24 hours anywhere in Nassau or Suffolk County, and there's no emergency surcharge for it. The permanent repair gets scheduled once the water is stopped.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
For an exterior-only look, no — we can inspect and send you the photos. But if there's an interior symptom like a ceiling stain, we'll want attic access, so someone should be home for that visit.
Will you meet my insurance adjuster?
Gladly. We document storm damage with dated photos and an itemized scope adjusters accept, and we'll be there on site when they inspect. What we won't do is coach you to file a claim for ordinary wear-and-tear.
What if I'm just budgeting for next year?
That's a completely legitimate reason to call, and we get it often. We'll inspect, tell you how much life your roof realistically has left, and give you a number to plan around. Nobody will chase you with follow-up calls.
