Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
The short version
We are a roofing contractor, not a data company. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. The only personal information we receive is what you type into our estimate form or send us directly by phone or email.
What we collect
When you fill out the estimate form on our contact page, you choose what to send us. The form asks for:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The address of the property you want work on
- The service you are interested in, how urgent it is, and a preferred date
- Any details you decide to write in the message box
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, bank details, or a Social Security number through this website.
How the form actually sends your information
Our estimate form opens a message in your own email program, addressed to us, containing what you typed. It is sent from your email account, by you. That means your information travels through your email provider the same way any email you write does — it is not stored on this website, and this website does not run a database.

Why we collect it
To answer you. We use what you send to schedule an inspection, prepare an estimate, do the work if you hire us, and keep a record of the job afterward. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Not to lead brokers, not to marketing companies, not to anyone.
- We do not send marketing email to people who asked for an estimate and nothing more.
- We do not use cookies or any similar tracking technology on this site.
- We do not run analytics — no Google Analytics, no pixels, no session recording. We cannot see who visits this site.
Who else sees it
We share your information only where it is necessary to do the job you hired us for, or where the law requires it. In practice that means:
- Our email provider, which carries the message you send us.
- Our web host, which serves this website and keeps standard server logs.
- Suppliers, manufacturers and municipal building departments, when a permit, a material order, or a manufacturer registration for your job requires it.
- Insurers or legal authorities, if a claim, a subpoena, or a legal obligation requires it.
Each of these gets only what it needs, and none of them receive your information for their own marketing.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, our host records basic technical information when a page is requested — an IP address, a timestamp, which page was requested, and which browser asked for it. These logs are generated by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything you send us.
Links to other sites
Our footer links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Once you follow one of those links you are on their website, under their privacy policy and their tracking — not ours. The same goes for any other outside link on this site.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests that do not turn into work are kept only as long as they are useful to follow up on. If you become a customer, we keep your job records for as long as we need them for warranty, insurance, tax, and legal purposes.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and property owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (631) 767-0707 and we will take care of it. If you are a New York resident, you may have additional rights under state law; ask us and we will honor them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing a line.
